Our Security Procedures
We also take steps to safeguard customer information. Our policies are designed to restrict access to

these standards will be subject to disciplinary measures. We also require our servicers to maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your
nonpublic personal information.

revised version on our website. Reviewing the effective date of this policy will allow you to determine
whether any changes have been made since the last time you reviewed the policy.
It’s Your Choice
We offer you the following choices about how we may share information about you. If you do not want us
to share information about you, please let us know, or “opt out” of sharing, by completing and returning
the Opt-Out Form found at the end of this notice. If you are a joint account holder, we will accept
instructions from either you or your joint account holder and apply them to the account(s) that you list

 |
Certain information that you give us on account applications used to determine your eligibility, such
as your income and employment; and |
 |
Certain information others give us, such as credit information from credit reports. |
Please be aware, however, that this choice is limited to the information about you described above. Even
if you opt out, we still may share other types of information about you with affiliated companies as
permitted by law, such as your contact information, your transaction and experience information, and
information necessary for our affiliates to provide services to us.

However, if you don’t want us to share information about you with such other parties, please opt out.
Please be aware, however, that even if you opt out of sharing with others, we still may share information
about you with others as permitted by law. Also, if you have authorized us to share information about you
with another company in order to provide you with a particular product or service, we will continue to do
so.
As explained above, we will obtain any required consent before sharing customer information about California or Vermont
residents with nonaffiliated third parties, or about Vermont residents with affiliates, beyond the exceptions identified
above.

approximately 30 days from our receipt of your completed Opt-Out Form for your opt out to become
